Tool Box

well, when i was thinking about a toolbox, i opted not to get one. i have the 5.5 bed, and i didnt want to steal too much bed space to the truck can still be a truck. so, instead i went with the DUHA organizer for under the rear seat. still have lots of room for my straps, receiver, jack etc. just another quick option.

i like the weatherguard ones myself...they hold up well...actually just getting ready to purchase one as I hate all of the small tool boxes moving around under the tonneau and for the fact that i cannot carry anything large with the tonneau on...pita to take it off too.
just another thought...get the one with the highest amount of break force...or what ever it is called....like 1000# or above as they tend to get broken into a lot...i would advise not to get the $99 ones either...I believe what you pay for is what you get with the tool boxes

I just bought a DeeZee and it's pretty good quality. I got the black gullwing style so I don't have to get in the box to get at my stuff. I was considering the Weatherguard, but at almost twice the price I went with the DeeZee. I'm pretty tall so the added height doesn't really bother me as much as it would a shorter person.

I live in a fairly safe area, and garage mine every night. I have a Husky I got at Home Depot, and it has the same hardware, hinges and hydraulic lifts that the $500.00 one at the Ford dealer has. Mine was $250.00. I can break into it if I wanted, but I could break a window and get in my truck if I wanted to, also. My GPS is sitting on the windshield, so I would expect it to disappear first, instead of what may or may NOT be in the "mystery box".
