Exclamation Vibration

Hello all,
I have a 2006 F250 2WD V10 which I bought a little over a year ago with 10,000 miles on it I tow a 34' fifth wheel toy box about 2,000 miles a year. ever since shortly after i got this truck there has been a vibration coming from the rear when I hit from 75 MPH to 85 MPH at 80 it is the worst. I had the truck lifted and now I notice it a little more than before I dont go 80 very often but the speed limits where I live here in CA are 70MPH, I have checked all my U-joints and rear axle out and can't find anything wrong and I now have 40,000 mile on it and figured whatever it was should have broken by now. has any one else had a problem like this. could I have bent or warped my driveshaft by towing?
