I'm considering purchasing this truck-but having second thoughts.
07 Lariat 4x4 13,000 miles
*tri-sand color
*Extended factory 5/75 ESP warranty
*22" wheels shown and factory wheels and tires
*No sun roof (bummer)
*No rear sliding window (bummer) I would need to spend $ and get a pwr one
*Roll-in-Lock bed cover-I may replace w/a undercover more $ spent
*Line-X bed liner
*Factory DVD player I'll never use and could care less about
*chrome package
*Tan leather interior...not too crazy about "tan".

 

if your having second thoughts about buying a truck thats doesn't have everthing u like then i would wait till u find one that does....other wise you'll just trade it in sooner on one that does ,,my two cents

 

buy it...sell me the 22s and sell someone else the rollnlock

 

$28,000.00 You don't pay for add-ons that didn't come from the factory, and it ain't new.

 

Hard to say on price but what are you willing to spend the white looks good but really if you having second thought look around and find the one you really want if you want the power sliding window and sunroof

 

Do not buy anything unless it is exactly what you want. YMMV

I've been on the hunt for sometime and it is difficult finding a used truck or even a leftover exactly how I would want it. The owner did come down in price to $27K. When he had it on eBay it hit the wall at $25 but he wouldn't sell it for that...I didn't bid.
If it had a PWR sunroof and pwr rear slider that would really do it for me.

 

Those are two BIG options to me.

 

Yea, I know

 

1. consider the thousand he went down money you could use to get a sunroof installed
2. ask him to go another 500 down cause you will have to buy a power window . . . you could sell the window in it now for at least 100 bucks eventually. especially if its a sliding window and someone wants to replace their solid window. Also, the power window with motor is 350 from a place around town where i live . . . i can give you the number and they would ship it to you (if thats a good deal for you)
3. give me the roll n lock for giving you this advice lololol
4. sell the wheels if you dont like them and buy a set of the black leather seats (if thats what you want) or trade them with someone who wants your color
also, you could sell the rims, get factory fx4 or lariat wheels AND get your seats done by either an upholsterer (sp?)or get catskinz

i have 05 lariat, black with black leather interior, sunroof and elec back glass, was 23k at the dealership a year and 4 months ago.. no dvd has the 6 disk cd changer in it.. i got 2500 in wheels and tires on it, and i have the custom box and everything in it, so total.. nearly 26.5k not including the programer.. so i guess its your choice on whether its a good deal or not

if the color isnt your fav, and you dont want any of the mods that are currently on the truck, then i dont see the point in spending money to change it, when a month or so down the road youll see the truck you were wanting sitting somewhere and your going to kick yourself in the butt cause you spent money trying to get that truck where the other one already is, i wouldnt do it.. but ive also been there and done that lol.

 

oh yeah dibs on the dvd player too lol
