The '03-'11 is a bolt in. The '01 will require cutting off your frame and welding the CV frame to yours.

The swap is very simple once you remove the old metal. I took photos of all mine, with numbers, marks and never did a write up. Took hours of video of every basic step in the process, but my videos are rambling messes.

Hi, I have ben reading the crown vic front end swap and came across this picture of your kit. Do you have them for sale and what models will it work for? I have a 1969 ranger f-100 and have been getting it ready for rebuild. I must say this swap looks fantastic. Please email me with any info you have. I have tried to look at original photos but, they will not pull up any more. Thanks for the help.

Hello Rodder44. I have a 1952 F-Series pickup that I would like to upgrade using a 2003-2007 crown victoria front end. Does your kit work with a 1952 truck? I live in south east Florida (North Palm Beach) and I have been trying to locate a complete crown victoria front suspension with no luck. Any suggestions on locating one? Thanks Paul52

Not to knock his "kit" but it only cost about $15-25 in metal to make your own.
It will not fit your truck though due to the differences in the frame rail which pitches at a different place on the older ones. I own both a 67 which has the CV fit in, and a 51 and comparing the two is pretty simple for me. I can just park them next to each other to see the differences.
I plan to do the swap myself, and expect to fab up my own pieces anyway. Looks pretty straight forward, other than the CV is so damn wide. Cut out a few inches and weld it back together. I'd never take the welded parts off road though.
