Alarm beeping

I have a 98 F150 4x4 Supercab XLT with the keyless entry/alarm system. Here lately, everytime I turn off the engine the alarm system goes off. I don't want to disable my alarm, but this is very annoying! Anyone have any ideas?

Is this A factory unit, Does the interior light come on when you turn the key off? if so maybe the programming got messed up & you need to reset the entry/exit delay.
