I just wanted to post a positive review and "Thanks!" for the guys over at Edge Performance customer service. I purchased a USED unit a couple of weeks ago and ran it in level 2 without issue. However, when I tried Level 3 it put my rig into Failsafe mode. I called Edge and they took care of me without question. The fix took about four days to resolve but they called me EVERYDAY to assure me they were working on it. They had me hook my unit up to my computer and downloaded all my data. After a couple of days they had me hook it back up and it updated. I have ZERO issues in level 3 now and couldn't be happier. Customer support like that is almost nonexistent these days and no good deed should go unrewarded. I will definitely be purchasing more off-the-shelf products from them. Thanks Guys!

 

I have to say Edge is one of the best companies I have dealt with when it comes to customer service. They are top notch. I would almost just buy there product over someone else's just for the customer service.

 

I agree. They solved every issue I had quickly and precisely. Wish more companies had this kind of service!

 

I had an edge on my powerstroke and had a few issues and the guys at Edge took care of me. I highly recomend them to anyone!
