SUNVISOR SEARCH for my '54

I'm looking for one of those external sunvisors; the ones that mount on the outside over the windshield?

Anyone know someone selling one to fit my '54?
Possibly a company out there that sells them?
Thanks

Thanks for all the feedback - I checked LMC, couldn't find anything there and I reach out to Mid-Fifty. As an afterthought, I did a search here on this forum, and DID come up with a link (http://www.bigjims.net/visors.htm) for a place in Texas that makes them, although they don't look to be like the originals as I remember them

Lightbulb Exterior sun visor

McMillan Cash & Carry. They are in Canada and deal in parts for Mercury Trucks, steel and fiberglass. Have not not bought anything from them but sent for their catalog when I was looking for a sun visor for the 51. Could not bring myself to drill holes in the roof in case I didn't lile the look of it. Holding out for a steel one, like the old ones, if I can find it.

Good luck, Gary.

I bought a NOS one for my 55 panel about 10 years ago. The fellow had 2 others, which I couldn't afford to buy. Paid about $300 for it. Never did find out who bought the other two. They were made at the Ford plant in St. Paul for a dealer in Minneapolis. My visor box actually contained the packing list.

As soon as my truck gets back here I'm going to do some measurements on it for the man from Norway. If Mr. Norway is out there, please email me again. My computer crashed and I lost all my info.

Thanks, Paul
