So..... 500 Miles NO REGEN/NO DPF

I hit 500 miles last night with the DPF Deleted and REGEN disabled and so far so AWESOME! Interstate mileage has went from 14.5 MPG @ 80 to anywhere from 19.8-22.5 MPG depending on terrain. City has came up about 2 MPG to 15 but I havent really been easy on it either. Truck sounds awesome as well! So, once again before I end this post I would like to thank the EPA for wasting so much of my fuel up until 5 days ago and whats funny is with a 500HP tune this thing barely smokes LOL looks like a pretty clean diesel to me WITHOUT the DPF! But on a lighter note thanks to Matt @ Spartan Diesel and the R&D Center @ Cherry Bomb High Performance Exhaust for the the "DPF back exhaust"!

most incredible MPG gains...the epa SHOULD BE SLAPPED UPSIDE THE HEAD, if they could pull their head out of their Azz long enough.

Does the pipe bolt on to where the DPF bolted or is this a cut and wield job?

That is the rub. What does it do to the warranty? It kills it.

I hit 2000 miles on my 6.4 yesterday and have yet to experience a regen. Maybe all were passive. I don't know, but so far I have not had any problems. Hopefully the guys with trouble will get appropriate help from Ford, or Ford will diagnose problem areas. Mine is a build # 2 with front air under bumper and heater. Also, I run with a grille cover. Fuel has been religiously ULSDF 15 ppm maximum sulfur.

Nope, can't stack tuners, you can stack a Tuner and a Module but not 2 programs.......
