I think there is a bleeder screw similar to what you would find on your brakes located on the slave cylinder somewhere. You should be able to see it where the hose goes into the bellhousing. Just make sure the clutch master cylinder is full and bleed it like you would bleed your brakes.

Use a mity vac vacuum pump to bleed it make sure you have someone dumping in
fresh fluid because it sucks it out fast!! It is a great thing for bleeding brakes I
pull the fluid out of the master cylinder first and refill it that way I have fresh fluid
throughout instead of a crappy mix of old and new fluid. It has a lot of uses and
can save you from swapping vac controlled components by testing them instead!!
http://www.mityvac.com/ read the tech info on clutch bleeding!! If you get one
buy the one with the gauge so you have an idea what your pulling and for testing
motor vacuum.

If this is the concentric slave (Slave in bell housing) i had the same problem. I finaly got a tapered fitting that would fit tight in the bleeder fitting and attatched a hose to it and slid it in the bleed hole. Filled a cup up with fluid and the master up with fluid and stuck the hose in the cup. Then had someone pump the peddle. The way this works as the peddle pushes out the air it will also suck fluid out of the cup and into the clutch system. Once you have pressure you can bleed it like brakes.
