I would think you could use one from a 77 - up Ford F-150, F-250, Big Bronco 4x4 with a 351M, or a 400. They used the 351M till 81 I believe and the 400 till 82 in 3/4 tons and 1 tons. You may also be able to find one from a 460 truck from I think 84-up 4x4. The 351M, 400, 429, 460 share the same bellhousing bolt pattern.
