I looked into the Kenne Bell for my 97 but went with a Vortech for the money. I quizzed the techs at Bell and did not like all of the mods required to install the kit. I am an experienced mechanic and it still took me over 10-hours to put on the Vortech. I would do it again in a heart beat. You need to do several other changes to get the full benefit; Intake, chip, and exhaust are a must. I went a little further with a K&N FIPK, throttle body, air sensor, and transmission upgrade. The rest of the truck just would not keep up with the engine. Good luck.
