I mean, ok, I lost my DL and my debit card. Which means the only way of me getting money is by going to the bank. But wait, I can't withdraw anything without a Current state or federal issued ID. But I can't pay for a new DL without money...the money that is mine and is sitting in the dang bank right now. And I tried, the bank will not accept an expired DL or expired military ID, nor will they accept a ID issued by a state funded college...(which to me says that yes, it is actuallya state issued ID...but..hey...wheres the logic in that huh?)

Of course this is my luck, I have a pretty decent weekend...only for everything to go to crap on monday!

I agree, it should not matter. an ID with a picture is and ID with apicture. Its use as a DL could expire, but the picture, my name, sorry, that doesnt.
