windows,radio,dome light don't work

Help ! I have an 2004, 6.0 diesel, 2wd, 105000 miles. It runs great but I have loss the use of the power windows, radio and the switchable dome lights (map lights).

No radio or clock, but the buttons are lit on the radio, the window switches have no lights on the door, dome/map lights don't light when switch is turned on the over head switch. The regular dome light works fine.

I have checked the fuses/relay that control these items all are good.

I then started checking all fuses/relays and found #41 which is a 10A that is listed as "Instrument Cluster" to be blown. All instrument controls work and light .
Replace the fuse and it blew right away.
This all started just driving down the road when it all quit working, just glad the windows were up. Any help would be gladly taken. Thanks for any help that might come my way .

I've blown that fuse more times than I can count pulling my dome lights off to get the header off.. Check for any frays and check all your dome lights.. They ground themselves out with the screws..

My truck did that once when I was on vacation (I had to do a little creative wire jumping to get the windows to go up for the trip home. Mine turned out to be a wire going through the roof to the dome lights that shorted to the body.

Those circuits are somehow connected because they are the circuits that all stay on the delay after you turn off your truck, until you open the door.
