Picture showing Diesel???

I know nothing has come out stating engines (at least that I can find), but one picture caught my eye, as it was showing red in teh RPM range (and it appears to be lower. Most of the full on picks show up to 7000 (so probably a 5-6k RPM limit) but one appears to pnly go to 5k RPM (so 3.5 - 4k) Did any one else notice it?

The only thing that the truck appears to be missing is a rolldown rear window. If it had this, my order would be in right away...
Now I need to see if Dodge is going to offer it and if they do, then its going to be a tough decision...

Funny how people get things so wrong from trying to read details that aren't there.

Also picture in question looks to me to be a 5500 RPM redline with 6000 rpm tach

Hey,
we have to keep guessing. I wish I was on the WEST coast. Staying up till midnight sucks now adays, especially since I have to be up at a decent hour. So if I am wrong when reading into it, does that mean no Diesel? Grrrr

Well my V10 redlines just over 5K. So it could be a big displacement V8.

Speculating of course.

I think we'll be in for a surprise when the announcement comes, and I'm really hoping its a good one. I'd say its worth staying up another 80 minutes for!

I'm up. Not going anywhere either. Gotta love a slow station sometimes. Took a long nap earlier so I should be good to go!

East coast time.

Its worth staying up for - depends on what you're anticipating! Some may be pleased, some may not. Who knows.

Photos along with over 90 notations from my preview will be available at 12:01 am.
