stock 460 carb and manifold

Ok it is late in the game of my 460 rebuild and I am running deswperately short on $$$. Is using my original carb (and intake) going to be hazerdous to my motor. 77 460 .030 over 9.5:1 stock heads with 1-3/4" headers cam (216/228 .518/513)

Is this thing going to run too lean with a stock carb?

Is there anyway to realy tune a motorcraft carb?

Your stock intake and carburetor will work fine. The weight of the stock intake does make installation a chore.

I think your cam might be a little optimistic. Stock heads won't flow much over a .500 lift.
