For a 4x4 you have leaf springs in the front, don't you? All 150s have coils..
For the rear a 250 should use the same size leafs, you'll gain height but you might lose load ratings. I'm not entirely sure on this though.
Someone here with a 250 will be of more help, but I do remember reading threads in the "offroad" forum on hacking an old Ford truck to use modern Ford leafs in the front and rear, you might wanna read up on that.

It really helps to put all info available in your post so that everyone else knows what you are working on.
Things like
Year
F150 250 350
4x2 4x4
Single cab super cab crew cab
All play a part in our answers
For a 73-77 or 77.5 79 4x4 F250 single cab put gently....NO!
For a 73-79 super cab or crew cab....yes they are the same

Ok after seeing in another post you have a 75 highboy here is the correct answer.
No F150 coils will not work on your leaf spung F250.
You need to buy a kit for 73-77 F250 4x4(not 77.5-79)
The highboys have 2.5" wide front springs. It seems Ive heard some guys used 77.5-79 kits somehow but you lose atleast 2" in lift height.
Skyjacker and maybe others sell kits for your truck
Whatever you do...DO NOT put a body lift on.

body lifts are turds that have been ground up and spun in to a polyvinyl puck used to put space between the frame and cab.
They ride rough they loosen over time they (insert derogatory comment here) I will never own another vehicle with a body lift. Do yourself a favor and buy a complete system consisting of all 4 new springs. You will thank me for it one day.

I wouldn't go with a body lift for the reasons STG has already said.
Something like a Skyjacker system will ride much better. Here's an example: http://motorhaven.autoanything.com/suspension-systems/61A2650A0A0.aspx
