how many members

Uhhhhhhh, I'll have to count them up. We're up to 26 that are more or less active. I've sent e-mails to an additional 25 members who were previous members but don't seem to show up much (actually not at all). I'm trying to get them back. I'd like them to see that we've really tried to turn the Chapter around in regard to being an active group.
I'll have to do some checking to see who of the members are FTE members vs Chapter members.
I know I am....I belive Rod and Dave are...outside of them, I'll have to go and try to check.
But you are right! We are growing...and that's a good thing!
Once I get everybody that I can to respond, then I want to talk about forming Regional Leaders so that we can meet in local groups and then maybe once or twice a year we have a large meeting somewhere and we can visit, check out each others trucks, and talk about where we'd like the Chapter to go. For example, Delaware keeps their Chapter Leaders for a year...then they rotate so everybody gets a chance to lead the chapter...these are the kinds of things I'd like us to talk about.
Comments?

Joe, I think he was asking how many FTE users are from WV.
Not sure I can get that info, but I will try to look.
Looks like 1035 FTE users are listed from WV.
But if you look at the number of posts, 299 have more than 3 posts.
179 have more than 10 posts.
96 have more than 25 posts.
21 have more than 100 posts.
And only 5 of us have more than 1000 posts.
I am the only one over 2500 posts by a little bit.
There may be more that used strange things in the sign up sheet like "across from the neighbors house"
Sorry Cheeto, that was just the first one to come to my mind.

Ya know Dave, I was asking about metrics info in the CL Forums....and you saw all the replies I got LOL!!!
There simply are no easy ways to count unless somebody wants to go through and count page by page.
I keep a small list of our WV members so I do have some basic numbers for us...but that's about it.

If you go to member list.
Then select WV as the search criteria and leave all the others at all or any, it gives you about 26 pages of users.
My list shows 40 users per page on 25 pages, then count 35 users on the last page for a total of 1035.
Sad thing is, the only way to find out when they were last active is to click the user name, then click find all posts.
When that list comes up, you have to look at the most recent post.
To bad there is not an easier way.
One more field in the user list could take care of that, something like "most recent post".
That way if the date was recent, you could find out what forum they were posting in much faster.
Also make it much easier to track down state members in all the forums.
There are many pages of 1 post WV users and several pages of 0 post users.
Given the server issues we are having right now, that would probably eat up to much server HP to impliment right now.
That is the "database error" message you see way to often.
IB does have another server on order for us, which should make things much better again.
I was doing a few forum stats checks, FTE is the number 3 auto forum on the net, world wide.
We are in something like 97th place on the all forums list, once again that is world wide.
Off the top of my head, over 540,000 users worldwide.
