[/QOUTE] A deep candy apple red would look nice though .[/QUOTE]
I like the way your thinking there Chris.
I like Tom's idea of a pinstripe myself, they would look sweet, you gotta post pics of the project, later
your bros bumper is what i did not like....but around here, if it is aftermarket it is most likely ranch hand or the like....especialy on a black truck. but he is got you beat on the powerstoke though.
Im thinking Ill have the letters filled with the color I decided to paint the truck. I will start a build thread as soon as I actually start this thing. Its just an old pick up my dad had sitting around and I said hey dad why dont you let me have that truck. He said ok and gave me the title. LOL it had 94k orignial miles. I will get some pics in about 2 weeks when I go to pick up the truck.
Truck is going to be converted to 92-98 F250 front end and painted either Torch Red or Competition orange. Tires will be 33 inch pro comp XMT on these wheels. PLEASE leave some feed back.
Did you ever buy the wheel and have som epictures of the truck ?
Those wheels are completely wrong for the older body style trucks like ours. It looks like they are more suitable for the newer trucks. In my opinion the wheels need to be from close to same era or style of the vehicle they are going on.

No I didnt. Not 2 weeks after posting this thread about wheels I got PCS(permenant change of station) orders to Hawaii. The Govnt wont pay to bring over 2 vehicles so I had to leave my truck with my dad and bring my jeep to Hawaii. My truck has been left to sit for 3 more years. The good thing is my dad drives it about once a month and Im saving cash for when I get back to the mainland.
