Stalling When Warm

I have a 1978 Ford F-250 extended cab with a 460 in it. When it gets warm it stalls. Once it stalls it will not start again unless I leave it for about 15 min. What could be the problem? Someone told me that it could be the ignition control module. Could this be the problem? How would I test the module?

Thanks!
Jeff

Stalling When Warm

You need to get yourself a chilton or hayes manual and do the checks on the ignition circuit with an ohm meter when it refuses to do a hot start. Sounds like it is something that opens electrically when it gets hot or heat soaked. Possibly the box on the finder or the mag pickup maybe.
