Where can I find a reasonably priced replacement piece (other than Ford dealer or website). What is the professional part name for this piece of trim (for ordering purposes)? Thanks for any and all help on this subject!!!
3M probably sells a spray adhesive that is suitable for the job.
Something like their Super-77 etc. The 3M site should have plenty of info.
The auto parts store or Lowes might have something right there on the shelf.
Also, Ford probably has a Motorcraft product you could use.

Have not found an adhesive

I have a 2003 Escape with all four panels peeling off doors. I have had no success with sticky spray adhesive. I used jbweld and it kind of worked but numerous bubbles formed. I have cleaned the foam he best I could but the fabric still peels off. Any other suggestions before I have to pay a Ford garage to fix this?

Take it to a good auto upholstery shop. My guy charges $50 per door.

He explained that when the factory makes them they are vacuum sealed onto the panel and the adhesive is activated by the heat. Not sure how he gets them to stay but he does.

Leather/Vinyl issue

I have the 2005 Ford Escape Limited leather seats and leather/vinyl door panel is coming off on 3 doors. I also tried the spray adhesive from auto part store with no luck.
I wish Ford would acknowledge it is a defect but agree they are not going to repair that on older models.

I'll have to try this. I just bought some contact cement.

Did you take the fabric off entirely? Or just loosen it up enough to get in there and clean it up?

I took the fabric clear off. I cleaned the back of the fabric and the door panel both.
