FWIW I tried "non-stock" air cleaners, and as mine is a daily driver and I live where its cold and wet all winter, carb icing became a real issue without a warm air intake from the exhaust manifold.... You folks down south wont likely experience much of that! (or if you only drive in good weather)

I saw these on sale on another board. They aren't cheap but they look too cool.

Here is what I am using. It's just a standard aftermarket air filter that should be available at any parts store or most of the catalogs. I would kinda like something larger as this looks rather puny, but it does the job and dresses up the engine bay nicely.
