Eight months........ it's getting easier. Had a couple of tough moments yesterday but then I realized that was the first time it had happened in over a week. So I am getting through this, even the hard parts are easier now.

for any of you still trying to quit and cant take chantix its a pill you take by prescription my wife an I did it and we stopped in a week
