I'm saving $100 per month now. You know how much beer that buys?

Way to go Phil, that's the worst part. It takes a while but it does get easier as you go along.

I'm five months smoke free and just got off the patch a couple of weeks ago.

Thanks.
Wow 5 months,,,good job.
I don't think I want to go 5 on the patch though.
after today I'm stepping down to the step 2 patch so I'll be getting 1/2 the nicotine for the next 2 weeks. Then it's on to the step 3 patch. thees things cost as much as smokes do. I'm ready to start saving some money $$$$$$$$ lol

15 days smoke free but anymore it's a fight every day. Ever since I went to the step 2 patch last Saturday. At least once a day I want a smoke, sometimes 4 or 5 times,,,lol.

Phil that's really great! You should now be starting to get your taste buds back. Can you smell the roses now?

When you get those urges, just have more $ex. It will at least take you mind of the urge to smoke. Just hope you don't get sick of, well you know, ahhhhhhh $ex.

Still pulling for you.

"Can you smell the roses now?"

No,,,all I can smell is smoke. I opened the fridge last night and could smell smoke.
I have most of the smell out of the house but I think it's coming from the AC.
If someone is in a car in frond or in back of me at a light I can smell there smoke.lol With my windows UP!

The best part is,,at least it doesnt smell good to me.

That's a good sign. The old body is repairing itself. Amazing isn't it.

Sell the house, get a new fridge, shoot the cars in front and back the bird.

Or try changing the air filters in the house and truck, might be cheaper. lol

Hey Phil, I am over five months smoke free now and I still want a smoke two or three times a day. So I have decided that I just need to decide not to smoke every day for as long as it takes. Still hurts me sometimes, like with my morning coffee etc. Luckily there is nobody around to offer me a smoke in those vulnerable moments.

Hey Phil and Barry how you doing?

Must be getting close, the urges spread further apart, and you got to feel better.
