I knew you were going to say that Bobby!!!!!! Or I thought you would be the first to reply. I was just talking to my uncle about the TFE website and telling him that a guy in RR had a similar truck. He will be moving out to Rio in April or so. My sister is shopping for a house now and he will be in Alb for 10 days during Christmas to contract. I hear there is a "active senior" community out there someplace and he is getting 3 BR so I can stay with him whenever. He is an Atlanta now but we grew up together in Wagon Mound. Looks like I may be going back home is I can get all the medical stuff switched over.

C'mon Bobby, your truck has "chick magnet" all over it!

Not as cool as that pic, but I found this in my garage the other day, I had found one a couple of years ago. Hills Bros coffee has them as a "Collector Series" can, it's covered by a label. Don't know if they are still around?

Very cool

Ross,

I'm not a coffee drinker but I think I'll go in search of some Hills Brothers. That can is pretty cool

Come on over and I'll give it to you! I wouldn't give it away if it were a "buck tooth" "manure spreader grille" F-1 but it only seems right for a 48-50 guy to have it. (mind you, I've been cleaning paintbrushes in it for 2 or 3 yrs, the inside isn't real pretty)

Ross,

LOL...sounds like a deal! I'll be out of town all weekend. I'm going to go chase quail around and see if I can knock enough of them down to fill a skillet.

Maybe next weekend

Ross, did you happen to see this truck - just about out of time on the bay, but it looks like a dead ringer for your paint scheme. Several decades earlier.........I know you'll take better care of your's.
