Speed Sensor

I want to install cruise control on my 1989 Ford F-150. But I don't know where the speed sensor is. Or do I even have one. Any help would be great.

Speed Sensor

It should be located at the end of the speedometer cable where it attaches to either the trans or transfer case if you have 4WD.

Speed Sensor

Check the top of the differencial, if there is a plug that is above the driveshaft, thats your speed sensor. Some of them are in the differencial.
