got a '99 Expedition with 4.6 V8 with no heat. The fan motor keeps blowing but no heat comes out, even on the highest setting.

The T-stat just got replaced, and the upper radiator hose now gets hot (it didn't before) but still got no heat at all in the cabin.

What could it be? Please advise.

 

That sounds like your blend door is stuck in the open position and letting cold air into the cabin.

 

Check your heater hoses (both of them) and see if they are both equally hot. If so, you do have a blend door probelm.

The upper radiator hose gets hot for sure, I haven't check the lower radiator hose yet, but I would think it gets hot also.

I didn't say RADIATOR hoses, I said HEATER hoses..
