Lowest Price On Magnaflow?

Been shopping for a Magnaflow SIDO exhaust system ( #16615 ) for my R/C 4.6 . Lowest price I've found so far is $ 466 w/ no sales tax and free shipping. Anybody seen it cheaper?

The cheapest I have found Magnaflows systems was on Ebay. You might want to check there.

I got my 16614 from performancepeddler.com for $375 with a coupon code I got off another site. That was also back in March before all the manufactures started regulating online distributors pricing.

go with Bob...I bought my Truck's SIDO #16614 from him at a great price. I then bought a Magnaflow Magnapack for my Mustang GT from eBay for $350 and I wish I had talked to him first. His price was better.

good choice on exhaust. Magnaflow is the best

Did most of you guys install the system yourself or do you just take it to a muffler shop?

Most cat-back systems can be installed in your own driveway, the hardest part to remove is the rear section, most people cut it in half over the axle to make the installation easier. If you are going to get a dual rear exhaust and you have a trailer hitch, you may consider having a shop do the install, as you may need to slightly modify the hitch or the system to work together.

The SISO is the easiest to install, so if youre good around tools, you shouldnt have any installation issues!

I did my in the driveway. The hardest part was removing the stock exhaust, which weighs about as much a VW. After that a SISO should be a breeze. The SIDO was pain to line up right.

Hey Tylus - Thanks for the tip. I indeed got a better price from Bob Jusnes and ordered my exhaust from him last night. Thanks again.

I'm with you. I just ordered a Magnaflow muffler (12256) and Magnaflow stainless tip (35205) off of Ebay from a vendor called performancecurve.

I submitted offers of $65 for the muffler and $25 for the tip and they were accepted, and include free shipping. They should arrive today.

A local shop has quoted me $100 to cut the factory muffler out, weld in the new one, and weld on the new tip. They said if a piece of pipe is needed, add $25 max.

That's $215 TOTAL, installed, maybe less depending on the length of pipe they have to add.
