Hey guys,I decided to go ahead and take it to a reputable shop heresince I didn't know if they'd ever been changed in the 73000 that was on it. Apperently they hadn't I took it on Fri. morning and called Fri afternoon and they said they had one broke off on the driver bank 3rd one back and all the others came out like hell,but they got'em.I called this morning and they said they were going to Ford to borrow their extracting tool.

I just did mine on my 2005 at 17K miles. I followed the TSB and removed the computer for access. All came out OK. The Kroil definitely works as the carbon was wet and slippery. I reused the plugs. I needed fine sand paper to get all the carbon off. It took me 4&1/2 hours.
