2005 Expedition leaking coolant at the rear

I drove into Carson City NV from the Bay Area CA. The temp droped to about 32 degrees overnight. The next morning I went out to my truck and found coolant leaking from the passanger side rear of the truck. It looked like it was coming from above the cover and dripping down. The next days I did not see any coolant leaks. I had to top off the resivoir. What could this be.

and check the clamps too.
not many of my newer trucks leak when weatehr changes but the older ones always do each year when we cool down. just have to tighten down the clamps some.

Will check the rear heater hoses

I will check the heater hoses. Hopefull that is it. Just wonder why it only leaked that night (a lot) and now has not leak since. It has been week since the incedent.

It is not the wiper fluid. It is the green coolant that is leaking, plus I had to top off my resevoir.

Rear window washer has a line that runs down the side of the truck to the back window washer. If that line is broken or cracked it would leak fluid.
