1957 F100 Pitman arm

Hi

I am looking for a 57 F100 pitman arm. I have been told that this is a one year only item and that in 58 and up the sector hole dia is larger. My sector shaft
hole appears to be 1 1/4"
Can anyone cast any light on this ?
Or better still does someone have one to sell

Thanks

I think you're using one of Preston's older parts catalogs.

The number was later updated in the 1957/63 Ford Truck Parts Catalog to: B8C-3590-A.

Ford cast an engineering ID number on most of their Pitman Arms.

The ID casting number found on the arm for either B7C-3590-A or B8C-3590-A is: TAAK-3590-B

The actual Ford part number will not be found on Ford parts after circa 1953. Only engineering/casting numbers were used after that date.
