Engine weights 2.8L and 4.0L v6

Could someone please inform me what the engine weights are for the 2.8L and the 4.0L V6. Thanks

Differing sources seem to disagree, I would presume the discrepancies I've found have to do with what accessories (and possibly the flywheel) were on the engine when weighed. The 2.8 ranges from 305 to 365 but I haven't been able to turn up anything on the 4.0. At a guess, I'm going to say that it's probably between 20-40 pounds heavier than the 2.8...If I come up with anything more concrete than that, I'll let you know.
