Ok, been following this thread for a while now and you're rockin this thing. I'm like everyone else and waiting till this thing is completed just to see the final product.
Question on the rubber issolator mounts: How thick are they and what sized studs? Are the studs on both sides? What's they cost and where can I get some?
Thanks and again - GREAT WORK!!!

I have really got to stop by and see this rig. You're doing some awesome work, I always look forward to your updates. I'm down there fairly often, was showing a car I was selling to a guy in Fairfield just a couple weeks ago and thought of you, and go to (or through) Vallejo pretty often...
BTW, if you (or anyone) end up needing a thinner mount of similar design to the Volvo mounts (which were used on virtually all models of Volvo well into the '70s and even '80s I believe) Land Rover/Range Rover engine/transmission mounts are very easy to come by. 3" dia. by 1-3/8" thick. Earlier models used a 3/8 stud, later ones (about '95 and up) used a 7/16 stud. I don't recall exactly but I think the Volvo mount is somewhere around 1-3/4 thick...?

I have to limit my up travel with bumps, but the droop should be full with no issues. That crossmember and my panhard just didn't end up in the best place... might be a mute point as full up travel might be shoving the tires into the fenders anyway?
Heck, I will be happy if she just has decent road manners!
