think it has error codes in manual, would guess they want you to call customer support

not knowing right now what the code means check your cigarette lighter fuse and try it again

Bought it used. Been told it's a low voltage issue, so I unhooked or shut off everything taking power i.e. brake controller, under hood lamp....everything. Still doesn't work, and yes..."Call Hypertech 1-800-blah, blah, blah". Talked to the original owner and was told everything was returned to stock previously. He gave me kind of an attitude when he told me that it worked on two other trucks.

Just "6" is what I have, not "6D".

my instalation manual only shows 6D,93 and 95 guess you'll have to call hypertec tomorrow unless someone else has had it happen

I had an install problem with mine after IDM was changed

Got an answer from Hypertech!! Was told that the programmer was a first generation production unit for my application, and since it was produced, my PCM has been updatede by a dealership and there's nothing they can do...but sell me a new one, B.S.!!! So much for standing behind your product..thanks anyway. I'll get MORE POWER elsewhere!

My Hypertech works fine, always has. Seems like the DP is the way to go. With a DP do you always have to send PCM in for flash ?

They didn't even make the ATTEMPT to offer a re-program or any type of repair, just went straight for my wallet and a new sale...don't think so.
