"Max working temperature 140F". Err, no, I think not. All who also think the oil coming off a turbo center section is likely to be at a consistently much higher temperature than that raise hands. Consider that our engines' WATER temperatures run around 190F, watercooled turbo or not.

This is why most serious turbocharger folks use multi-stage dry sump systems - one or two stages for the engine, another for the turbos.
Doesn't matter what pump you use (for turbos) as long as you can get at least 15psi out of it and it's a gear type pump made of materials capable of handling 400-450 degrees. The oil coming out of the turbos is much hotter than the air that flows through it, because the oil is closer to the exhaust turbine than the freshly compressed air.
Meshed gears or georotor is fine.
