Exhaust Manifold #s and what will work

I have a 1966 F100 Custom cab with the 352 FE.
the current exhaust setup is set of junky headers that leak at the #1 cylinder and dont have collector or flanges on them. just welded straight up.
Talked to a local shop and they reccomened going back with stock manifolds.
I talked to motor builder down the street and he has these used manifolds laying around.

C8E9431-B
C3SE9431B
C8AE-9430-A
D2TE9431AA
D2TE9430AA

Which ones of these will work in a truck FE352 and on which side driver or passengers should it be used on.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Chip, The last 2 should work, the D2= 72 and the T is for truck. My guess would be with one number difference 30 & 31, they are a pair. The truck manifolds are different from the cars and should fit the 360, 352, & 390.

Several parts gurus on this site that can give details on each of those numbers. While we wait, I checked ebay...

There are some listed for the passenger side:
EXHAUST MANIFOLD FORD TRUCK 352 360 390 65 66 69 73 76
C5TE-9430-G passenger side
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=230170261138

Which is a used one. So if correct I'd say the 9430s were RH and the 9431s were LH.

There are several new for RH only. But they don't give the part numbers - only the fitment. For example:

I went thru this mess myself a cpl yrs ago...the LH is the same car and truck except the truck has the dump at the length to accomodate the butterfly valve...I used a car one...truck runs fine cold...and im In Seattle area...RH I believe is the same car or truck...My originals had a huge T cast on them aside from the part numbers...
With used FR manifolds...check the thickness of the flange...and make sure none of the holes have been hogged out over the years ore are cracked or broken...from what Ive learned, its common with FE maifolds...
Lastly...as far as swapping them out...have a shop do it...that way if a bolt breaks or an ear on the head breaks its on them...and not you...Its money well spent and Im glad I did ..

I hope this helps...btw...if you do want the heat riser butterfly, I believe I have a 2nd NOS one if you are interested...Let me know.

CS, You are correct for the driver side but not on the passenger. The links that Ace provided are for passenger side that exit straight back, the car angles downward.

Bob Sprowl made this page of manifold photos that should help with the visual.

I have two right side manifolds, one for a truck and one for a car. The exit angles are different.

Hi Chip,
I just pulled the manifolds off my 66 f-100. It had a 352 in it and the exhaust manifold numbers are as follows:
Driver's side: C5TE-9431-B (It has a heat riser valve on that side.
passengers side:C5TE-9430-0
There isn't an exact match with your numbers. I hope these numbers help.

Craig, You will notice that the numbers to the right of the - are like his.
Your C5 is for 1965 his D2 is for 1972, the T is for truck like his, as well as the E.

Your numbers tell that you have truck manifolds with 65 designation.
