Del what is "left overs" you speak of :-)
We generally eat for around $20 for the 3 of us-- unless it is Wendys or some other fast food then it is like $12. We are cheap--- but then I spend roughly $10 for lunch everyday-- although today I had half a chicken and beans for $6.99 in Ottowa MMmmmmMMMmm

Chad, the left overs, is the food that I don't eat at one meal that is put in the refrigerator and then I get to eat it again later. Somethings are better the second day such as soup. Some things not so much. When we had kids at home, we didn't usually have leftovers unless it was something the kids wouldn't eat. Then it was leftovers for several days for me.
Some houses never have left overs because everything is eaten. Some houses throw it away and in some houses they go to the waist and in other the waste.

Mine seems to go to the waist as well. Julie likes to try to make new foods, but a lot of times they look fine but taste bland, or have an unexpected taste. I stick to the few things I know how to make, and make them over and over. Maddie says she is getting tired of the food we make, but refuses to try new foods.
