Does anyone know when the HD edition Super-duty is expected to come out? I saw some spy video of it, but don't see any sign of it on Ford's website yet. I am also wondering if they will make it available in the new F-450, I would love to see a Dually HD edition.

 

The first of the '08 H-D SD's started hitting dealers within the past couple of weeks.

No there will be no F-450 H-D's at this time or F-350 DRW's either. Still a SRW only option.

 

Thanks for the info, I even emailed Ford a couple of weeks ago and they said they didn't know when the H-D SD's were coming out.

why do they keep putting orange on them..man is that paint job ugly. the ones with the subtle flames where pretty nice looking. i know HD uses that orange color on their bikes but that doesnt mean it looks good on a truck

 

The Black and Copper is the 105th anniversary colors for this year, I am sure that is why.

i actually like it...as for the color scheme....most harley guys i know, want EVERYONE to know that they have a harley (i dont know why, harly's are played out) so they buy a harley truck to match there harley trailer and harley bike, along with their harley shirt, pants, socks, bandana, glasses, underwear, gloves, sweater for the dog, jacket, wifes christmas present. all the harley guys i know will buy anything harley...as long as everyone knows its harley...so its a good move by ford because a yuppie will buy a harley SD diesel to tow there bike trailer with a little bike in it

 

They have an all black version, but it still has a colored stripe along the top side of the bed rails. The two-tone version is actually a copper color like the 105th anniversary bikes.

Well, I do like the wheels anyway.........not so hot on the interior.

 

I like my Harley F350 which is solid black and has all stickers removed.

 

I love the Ford HD SD! Especially the 05-07 ones. Love the subtle flames so much that I am going to paint them on my truck!
