by the time I start the engine and then get to the front the romp is basically done. I did unplug the icp and then started the pick-up it still romped and turned the dumb light on. I did loosen the trans. sensor and turned it. It may have made a little differnce to soon to tell for sure. I also un hooked the ebp sensor and ran a drill bit by hand thru the fitting, it was pretty much plugged. I also removed the sensor from the rear-end and cleaned it, It looked good. I removed the oil-temp sensor to see how full the resevoir was, it was completly full. I then removed the fuel pressure spring and such. everything looked good and clean with no BB in it. "must be stock" I'll check pressure layter. Also taping the throtle doesnt make the romp go away. If still romps when starting in neutral does that eliminate the trans.sensor? And if not how expensive are they?

your ebp tube is probably plugged the whole way, and the sensor shot electronicly,
here is a trans range sensor http://www.autozone.com/R,APP491438/...ductDetail.htm

No, t's the same thing in N or P. Not sure how much they are. Thisis somewhat a common problem. That's why TJ asked you (post#3) if you had an Auto trans. He had the same thing happen to him IIRC.

its on the front of your drivers side manifold and runs up to the ebp sensor right behind the hpop. very easy to remove and clean.
