Anyone using a manual dual MC (1956)

anyone have issues getting the push rod to line up with the MC on the under the floor kit from mid fifty?
I cant figure out how to offset the rod enough without interfering with the clutch bracket. I know they make a narrow clutch bracket but it is supposedly only needed for the power brake set up..

They sell a clutch linkage kit that moves it over. It replaces the shaft that goes across there and the "U" shaped piece. I had to use one on me power brake booster and dual reservoir master cylinder too.

Thanks Keith, that pic helps out.

Brian, looks like I will have to get the clutch kit too. And here I thought I was saving a bunch of work going without the booster
