In my stock tune I can see 24-25 psi with my stock turbo. Just got 34psi out of it today in high. BUT my egts will easily get to 1400 in the 1/4 or up to 80 mph or so.

rememeber that the D66 mapping is diffrent then the stocker. You wont see high boost numbers with A/M injects and tunes, but you'll most definetly be flowing gobs of air.

no offense but that's kinda low, i was hittin 18 with stock injectors that had 217k on them, only thing i had done was full exhaust and intake, maybe the intake helped a lot?? idk i would suggest going with a tymar intake and see what happens, it DEFINITELY helps low-end torque!!

With stage II's (no programming) and bigger nozzles I can easily clear 22 lbs.

The HX50... Idk... It's currently sitting on my kitchen table as a center piece until I can get time off to install it.

Just some advice.. if you start running the higher lbs... make sure you have your intercooler boots tight. Don't want any of your older guys to have a heart attack when one blows off at 35 lbs!!! haha!

Glass.. I've had it happen to me twice now...

The first time.. about 3 in morning after I installed it and then a couple months after when I really layed in her pulling a pretty good load. I finally wised up and learned that you have to tighten the crap out of those clamps.

I probably have a couple small leaks. My hot pipe is cockeyed a little bit and thats the one that would always blow off. I'm gonna find someone with a mandral bender when I do my new ones for the hx.

Blowing a boot scares the crap out of ya. Sounds like someone pulled the trigger on a 12 gauge in the cab. lol

Glass.. you make me want to drive to NJ to ride in your truck.. Its about time I start working on mine...

My buddy in MD has a 96 F250 and he sent me his dyno sheets... Running 600 hp and 1200 lbs torque... That thing is a monster. Hopefully i will be there soon. All i need is a D66 and better fuel system and i should be good.

Is it possible to build these trucks to 600hp and still have them be a daily driver? I need a truck that can hold the road in rain and snow, be reliable, not have spiking EGTs when towing, and get good fuel mileage as a daily driver. Is this a little far fetched? My initial plans for the truck are about 450hp.

Multi position chips are the key to a 600hp Daily driver. You can have a truck that puts down 600 hp on the dyno or the track but have a 450 hp daily driver. 600 hp is gonna run you $15-20,000 though and I can't speak for MPG.

600HP also isn't going to happen with a D66 either.
