Should I continue to plan for a taste of bear?

We're coming down to the wire and I need to plan. I can cook bear, but should I? I can bring cutlery, cutting boards, and pots. I need to know if this is really of interest. It is going to take a fair chunk of my time to make it happen and if it is of little interest, I'd rather have a beer.

Have a Beer Chet.

No use spending time inside in the heat of a kitchen, 10-day calls for 97 on Saturday, best to outside in the shade and hope for a breeze

I'll bring cutlery, pans, veggies, seasonings, and stuff. Bring the bear. If I still had my old cast iron dutch oven, I could do it over a bed of firewood. I'll figure out a way to get 'er done.

No need for your BBQ Frank...but if you're goin to bring the bear meat, might want to put it in the fridge on Friday for a slow thaw.

No, I just don't want to argue with you and your wife over which knives I can use. If I bring my own, I know what I can do.

Frank and I had a side PM discussion and I asked that he start a slow thaw.

Finger lickin' good stuff..... You're really going to do this huh, Chet.

Side note - Don't ask me to help BBQ this week. It's an off week for me. I almost burnt down the house Monday with my super spicy chicken legs. Doh !!! It was funny watching the wife freak though. Now, all I have to do is shine up that Stainless Steel again and she'll look like new. Not sure if that's possible this time though.

Doh !!! - Oh well, no worries .... It was Dan's fault so I'll live.

With the high heat expected, you could lay it out in the sun and cook it with no problems
