When and where is cruisin the cost?

 

first week/weekend in october in gulfport,ms and biloxi,ms. wont find a room on the beach for less than $100 a night now though

 

I'm a old Louisiana boy. Are you guys doing anything labor day weekend. I'll be in Minden for the weekend. I have some land in Claiborne Parish. I lived in Bossier City from 75 to 82. I plan to move back when I retire & build a house on my land. I miss living in La. The hunting around my place is great.

 

I'll still be at work on labor day weekend.

The first weekend in October is when I have my trip planned to go to Hot Springs to play at the Superlift Offroad park. Any one who wants to go are more than welcome. I plan on leaving Thursday the 4th and coming home Sunday the 7th. Ill take my F150. I have a few friends going with 2 74 broncos and another that is taking either his 79 bronco or a jeep.

 

I'm going to a G2G at the Lost Lake in east Tn the first weekend in Oct. Its the largest underground lake in the country.It will be with another Ford truck site but I plan to invite the FTE members. I'm ready to put some time & effort into getting the Tn chapter rolling. We have plenty of members but I can't get them to show for a G2G. I hope planning a meet with a attraction like the Lost Lake will draw a few.I've already got one member planning to be there. Once I get a few showing up it will snowball into bigger meets I hope. If you have any ideas on how to get a chapter active PM me with them. I'll do the same for you.

 

Thanks lariat97 i'll keep that in mind. Good luck with your chapter. I took a trip to bristol for a truck show @ thunder valley and loved every minute. I like the mountains. I can't wait to wheel Hot Springs.
