I don't think even in a regen cycle mine goes that low. I've seen it go down to 13.

Next time I notice a regen I'll recent the lie-o-meter and see what it says.

The only thing the Chevy and GM guys are talking about is the pickup truck review and the dodge guys are talking about how cheap they got their trucks for and why their trannys aren't covered under Dodges new liftime drivetrain warranty.
I have read about many problems for Doge 6.7L and regen (dodge forum). They got flash "A" now they will get flash "B". It does not look good.
Ford's 6.4l looks better only one reflash and no reported problems, but MPG does not look good. I have not seen any data so far on Duramax LMM. I guess it works fine?

I did not know of the Dodge reflashes. I stand corrected the Fords and GM seem to functioning fine with the regens. 1 of the big things in regards to GM mileage is break-in and some of the tuners have worked very well increasing mileage. I run a PPE and picked up 2mpg right away.

Beauty is certainly in the eye of the beholder. I'm going to replace my 2000 Excursion with an F-350 Crew Cab, 4x4, SRW. However, I really don't like the new front end of the Superduty's. For the first time in a long time I'm actually considering the new Silverado, I like their front end much better than the new SD. I just don't like the options on the Silverado as much as I like the SD.

I'm still on the fence about the SD. The more I look at them in person, the more it's growing on me, but I think it is still butt-ugly. I also want to stick with the V-10 as well. I truly don't care about gas mileage. I know a great deal about diesels and was an ASE master heavy duty truck mechanic for many years, I prefer a gas engine for the kind of combination of driving, hauling, towing that I do. I also like to hold out on buying new redesigned engines in the first year of production.
