4.0 efi fuel economy

Hey guys how can I squeeze some more mpgs out of our 98 explorer 4.0 efi? I currently get 18 mpg canadian......any tips?

pud is starting off with a positive reputation.
skinnier tires aired up properly (less rolling resistance) and a lighter foot will help the most.
