can any one help me with this code.every thing been replaced but pcm,no shorts in wiring all sensors reading right voltage.been in the shop for 2 months

Your truck should have come with a black ignition module, did you perhaps replace it with a grey one?

Code P1351= Ignition Diagnostic Monitor circuit Input fault

The grey colored Push-Start style Ignition Control Module does not have the IDM signal output like the black colored CCD style ICM. Since many parts manuals are wrong for this vintage truck the consumer usually ends up with the wrong Ignition Control Module (ICM).
