Confused about valve covers, need info/advice!

I am starting to gather parts for the rebuild on my 460. I found some polished aluminum Ford Racing valve covers I really like but I see on the picture that they have 6 bolt holes, instead of 7. The person that owns them says they came off a 460 in a Ford truck (his dad's) so do those particular valve covers just skip the center bolt on the edge next to the intake? If so I guess I can get a 6 bolt-hole gasket easily?

I would really appreciate any info on this.

Thanks!
Shane

Yes thats true they don't use the top center bolt, seems many of the aluminum aftermarket valve covers for these motors do not. No you can't or at least that I have seen get a gasket that only has the 6 holes in them you just don't use the center hole and the VC covers it up. I use high tach to glue the gaskets to my VC so it doesn't slip out and don't have any problems and I am using the ford racing VC on mine.
