I named my new truck in my sig "the Blue Ox". First vehicle I've ever named.

Actually, not quite true, I call my tractor "the filthy *****" cause she does everything I've asked of her. But I don't know if you can call a tractor a vehicle per se.

 

Out here we just call em an outfit.

 

My 95 k1500 was big green since it was ex cab long bed and green. 07 F150 became big red since it was red..

2011 f250 is monster red, cause its the biggest truck I've owned and its maroon red and i like the show gold rush

 

My kids named it "Moose" when I bought it and it morphed to "Chief" (for obvious reasons)...

She's been called the grinch for years but now i'm thinking about renaming her the black hole although its not black but my wallet shows a black hole

 

I've names every car or truck I've owned. Bad luck not too. Even worse to rename one if you know the original without the proper ceremony.

My 69 is Pearl I'm the fifth owner to keep the name.
My 87 goldwing is named Kathy after my late wife
My 05 avalanche was named belle gone
My 78 vw rabbit was called princess
My diplomat was named Dorris after my grand mother
My 68 charger was called lightning
My 87 dodge camper van was called beast because it was lifted with huge tires and 4wd
My crown Vic was call the judge because it was my patrol car

My grandfather named is ford "ol' mod"

I haven't named mine but I do talk to her, yes she's a girl. I tap her on the dash and tell her she's good from time to time.
