Flashing Air Bag Light - Lamp Fault Code 27

I love this forum. Every time there is a problem with my truck, I find the fix on here and it usually costs less than $20.
Is the idea here to replace the bulb or just to reflow the solder joints? It seems like the bulb should be replaced. If it is to be replaced, can I get a yellow one at radio shack?

I got the 2-7 flashes, I took mine apart, soldered in the new 12V red LED, then decided to check my old bulb. It worked fine when given 12v. Now that I look in the small swich box, I don't see a physical attachment between the little circuit board and the white round piece that turns with the key. I don't see how the white thing touches the circuit board.Maybe somethings missing, but what or where I don't know. I may just need to buy the whole switch?

Ok, maybe I see a spot on the other arm of the white thing that touches the board. But I put it back in with the new bulb and it still flashes 2-7, and won't light the bulb in either position, even after discoing the battery. One other note, I just bought the truck, and someone had a little splice coming off the fuse for the air bag. It wasn't currently looked to anything, but the fuse was blown. I replaced the fuse, but still nothing. Talk about a dumb fuse to tie into.
