Little Quiet

Charging system on my truck has been giving me a headache. Besides that, work is slow, so helping my pops out fixing up the house. Rain driving me crazy today, woke up to feed the pig and realized it was raining on my pool table I just got for free. Tarped that up, but it was still a bummer today. Couldn't get anything done. Stress is taking it's toll. Found myself chewing on toothpicks all day (I quit smoking 5 years ago without a drag, so this is odd)
It seems to be pretty quiet all over FTE, not just in our chapter (slow nights lately, so I've been here every night)... Oh well.

Yeah all I did today was dig trenches to drain the yard...hazards of having a yard with nothing in it yet though I suppose....I had a puddle about 10' in diameter and 6" deep in the back that I had to channel out to the street....on the plus side it will make it easy to run sprinkler lines in a day or two lol.

Been fixing up my free camper, installed new floors, and vinyl tiles, adding insulation, replacing screens, and fixing the porta potti. Now trying to trace a short in left turn signal. Works in truck, but not the camper. Aired up the tires, (can't believe I have been running them at 32psi, when they state 65psi for the front, and 50 psi for the rear!) So now my mileage should improve a bit, not too mention the tires will not wear out on the outsides!

Still a bit quiet here in the So Cal chapter. Just bumping this up to stir up some conversation. Anyone with any news to report? I am still waiting to go down south to get my Explorer, and wondering hwo the heck a rear axle can break when all someone is "supposedly" doing is driving it to the smog check station? Maybe a little heavy footed on the clutch/gas pedal eh?
