Well I don't have any pics or installation instructions listed but here goes:
First, wash all the loose dirt and grime off the under side and tranny.
Drain oil, remove pan, remove tran filter. I usually place a large piece of card board under the truck to catch the mess I make. The Solenoid body is going to require a torx bit to remove, can't remember what size, and 10mm socket. I find it easier to remove the plug by reaching over the top from the driver side to unplug it. Unplug and remove the torx screws, remove the nuts. There is an oring that will hold the body there. There are, fortunately, no check ***** to worry about. You will need to use a little force to pull the connector side out.
Put a little grease on the new body (oring) then re-install. While you are in there, if you don't have a shift kit already. Order a transgo kit with calibration plate and a .427 accumulator modulator valve. I can talk you through what needs to be done. This will be very similar to the BTS Valve body.

I found this if it helps
Allison Automatic Transmission Downshift Solenoid (F650/750)
The PCM controls a relay which provides the kickdown necessary for Wide Open Throttle (WOT) downshifts. The relay is powered through a circuit from KEY__PWR and switches VBATT through FUSE PDB #10 (MINI 15A) to the (+) positive side of the transmission mounted solenoid.
Shift Solenoid - Fastener Torque Specifications
Shift Lock Actuator Bolts 62.5 - 98 ft.lb
